This area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers an abundance of forest and river walks, cycle tracks and stunning views with many historical and interesting places to visit.

All windows have beautiful views of countryside, hills and valleys. The west terrace lets you enjoy the tranquil setting of Llangila whilst the south east terrace is perfect for outside dining. Guests have complete freedom to wander in our ten acres of land which adjoins the property.

Footpaths through adjoining land start from your doorstep. Offas Dyke and Wye Valley Walks are also accessible from the village.

The village of Redbrook on Wye is actually on the bank of the River Wye and has a rich industrial heritage and was once famous for its tin making. It is also unique in that is straddles 2 countries – England and Wales. The village has a shop/post office, a village pub which serves meals and just across the river is the Boat Inn, another pub which is in Wales, famous for its real ale and twice weekly music nights.

The Boat Inn is accessed across the old railway bridge from the village green. Redbrook is well placed for outdoor activities such as canoeing, cycling, walking, quad biking etc. etc.

There are many attractions such as Clearwell Caves, Llama trekking, Off road driving etc. etc. All this and only 3 miles from the market town of Monmouth. Tintern Abbey is about 6 miles away and Hereford, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bath, South Wales, Worcester and the Malverns are all within easy reach.
